hi everyone!

following the recent issues with deleted folders and notes, we are now implementing additional penalties for anyone who deletes files from our shared Goodnotes account. these rules are meant to protect everyone’s work and prevent further data loss.

𝗣𝗘𝗡𝗔𝗟𝗧𝗜𝗘𝗦

1. permanently deleted files/notes
– immediate loss of access to the account
– permanent ban from access to the account
– ₱500 fee

2. temporarily deleted files/notes
(notes that are still recoverable from the trash bin)
– immediate loss of access to the account
– ₱200 fee

3. deletion of the account
– ₱1,500 fee

– please be careful when managing your folders and notes.
– if you accidentally delete something, inform us right away before trying to fix it yourself.
– always back up your work regularly to avoid losing important materials.

hi everyone!

we’d like to inform you about a recent update in the goodnotes app that has affected how notes sync across devices.

due to the update from Goodnotes, all notes are now automatically syncing across any device that is logged into our account (e**t@o**.com). some users may or may not be affected. unfortunately, this update is out of our control, and we haven’t found a way to disable the cloud syncing as of now.

𝗽𝗹𝗲𝗮𝘀𝗲 𝗱𝗼 𝗻𝗼𝘁 𝗱𝗲𝗹𝗲𝘁𝗲 𝗮𝗻𝘆 𝗳𝗼𝗹𝗱𝗲𝗿𝘀 𝗼𝗿 𝗻𝗼𝘁𝗲𝘀 that are not yours. doing so will remove them for everyone using the account.

𝗿𝗲𝗺𝗶𝗻𝗱𝗲𝗿 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝗮𝗹𝗹 𝘂𝘀𝗲𝗿𝘀:
