Bags&Trends is 100% committed to customer satisfaction. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for an exchange or store credit. Please see below for more information on our return and exchange policy. RETURNS
Return/exchange requests are accepted within 7 days of receiving the item/s. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags, labels and packaging attached. For items damaged in transit, a video and photo proof are required. Please note, customers are responsible for all return shipping charges. REFUND
We offer store credit or exchange item with a new item of the same value or less. Only one item per request is allowed for exchange. A 15% restocking fee applies on each returned item should you wish to return purchased items that are in perfect condition or cancel your order unless it’s due to seller’s error. Deposits placed for pre-order and reserved items are non-refundable. Items not eligible for return & exchange include but not limited to garments such as shirts, underwear, caps, shoes, towels, bed sheets, and all items with discount or on sale.
