May nag-inquire sakin recently for a customized item, but since hindi pa ako nag-o-offer ng customization ngayon, (for that particular item) I simply told her what was available on hand.

Hindi ako nag-hard sell. Hindi rin ako nagpumilit.
I just showed her the options and let her decide. โ˜บ๏ธ

A few moments later... nag-checkout siya.
Minsan, hindi kailangan maging sobrang salesy para makabenta. Just help the customer, be honest about what you can offer, and give them the freedom to choose.

People appreciate that. And sometimes, that's exactly what closes the sale. ๐Ÿค
