Hi folks, Ruby here. ๐
Amidst the usual weekly routine, I practice making kefirs in between.
It's still a mystery, but I think I'm making progress. Yey! ๐ฅณ
Here's some of my learnings so far...
1. Kefir fermentation takes way too shorter time than kombucha. And it varies A LOT! Some batches, fermentation will take 2 days while other batches takes only 12 hours. ๐
2. Same as kombucha making, kefir entirely depends on the brewer's preference. What you like as the final taste and texture will determine if your kefir is good to go. Of course there's the basic signs but really there's no hard rule. ๐
3. Kefir making gives that same fulfillment as you create a healthy, gut-loving product for you and your loved ones to enjoy! โฅ๏ธ
