Please be advised that, effective immediately, we are implementing stricter requirements for all clients applying under a South Korea Group eVisa.

This policy is being implemented following a recent incident involving 4 passengers who departed for South Korea under a Group eVisa and became TNT (tago nang tago) / undocumented passengers. As a result, the agency is now exposed to financial penalties and liabilities.

While the agency’s profit from the transaction may only be around ₱2,000.00 per passenger, the potential penalty imposed on the agency can reach approximately ₱700,000.00 per passenger. This creates a serious financial and operational risk for the agency.

We are also concerned that repeated incidents of this nature may lead to even stricter screening by the Korean authorities and, in the future, possible limitations or discontinuation of the Group eVisa facility.

To protect our agency, our partners, and legitimate travelers, the following requirements shall be mandatory effective immediately:

1.) Notarized Waiver and Undertaking - All passengers applying through a Group eVisa must execute a notarized waiver and undertaking acknowledging their responsibilities and obligations as travelers.

2.) 10 Emergency/Reference Contacts - Each applicant must provide ten (10) contact persons, including their complete home address and other required contact details, for verification and emergency reference purposes.

3) Strict Compliance and Verification - All information and documents submitted must be accurate, complete, and verifiable. Failure to comply with these requirements may result in the cancellation or non-processing of the application.

These additional requirements are not intended to inconvenience our clients. They are necessary measures to protect our agency from substantial penalties and liabilities and to help ensure that our clients comply with the immigration and visa conditions of South Korea.

We strongly encourage all applicants to understand and comply with the conditions of their visa. Any violation or misuse of the visa may have serious consequences not only for the passenger but also for the agency and future travelers.

Effective immediately, no Group eVisa application will be processed without complete compliance with the above requirements.
