We’re more than 7K now?! 🤯
I honestly haven’t thought much about it until now, but wow… ang dami niyo na pala. 🥹 Thank you so much for all the support you’ve given GoodBooks.
Pero kasabay ng pagdami niyo, mas dumadami rin pala talaga ang nagmi-mine hehe. And while I’m really happy that more people are finding and enjoying the books here, I’ve also realized that I’m starting to have a hard time keeping up with orders, especially with my other responsibilities outside GoodBooks.
I’ve been packing almost 100 orders every week. I enjoy doing it naman, but with the volume now, I'm more prone to making errors and delays sa shipments and replies to messages.
I really strive to provide good customer service and smooth transactions, and want to be able to handle your orders properly and on time. This is why I think having a more structured schedule would be better.
Starting this week, we’ll have fixed schedules:
📚 POSTINGS: Every Thursday & Friday, 9:00 PM
📦 SHIPMENTS: Every Saturday & Sunday
⏰ PAYMENT & REQUEST-TO-SHIP CUTOFF: Saturday, 6:00 PM
Payments and shipping requests made after the Saturday 6 PM cutoff will be processed the following week. This is mainly so I can keep track of everything better and avoid as much confusion, delay, or mistakes as possible.
For those who received the wrong books or experienced delays in shipment, I’m really sorry. Fair compensation will be given, and I’ll make sure to address these properly. Just please give me until tomorrow 🙏
Also, if your books have undisclosed flaws and you're unhappy about, just reach out politely and fair compensation will be given.
I hope you can bear with me as I adjust to the number of orders I'm handling now. I’m still figuring out how to keep GoodBooks running with everything else, and I think having a fixed schedule will make things a little better.
