REQUIREMENTS:
💇🏻 HAIRDRESSER
Proven experience as a hairdresser or similar role
Skilled in haircutting, styling, and basic coloring
Knowledge of different hair types and modern trends
Good customer service and communication skills
Maintains cleanliness and proper sanitation practices
Reliable, professional, and detail-oriented
Team player with a positive attitude
💅🏻 NAIL TECHNICIAN
Proven experience as a nail technician
Skilled in gel polish, nail art, extensions, and basic nail care
Ability to perform ingrown nail and dry skin removal is a plus
Knowledge of hygiene and sanitation standards
Attention to detail and consistency in quality work
Friendly and customer-oriented
Experience in foot spa/reflexology is an advantage
🛍️ SHOP ASSISTANT (Men-Kind Hobbies & Collectibles)
Knowledgeable in Crash Gear, Beyblades, and Pokémon
Friendly, approachable, and community-oriented
Assists customers with product inquiries and recommendations
Helps organize tournaments and in-store events
Handles inventory, display, and basic cashiering
Trustworthy, responsible, and organized
Willing to learn and engage with the hobby community
👔 TEAM LEADER
Proven leadership or supervisory experience (retail/service industry preferred)
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Ability to manage staff, schedules, and daily operations
Ensures excellent customer service standards
Organized, reliable, and results-driven
Can handle pressure and lead by example
Experience in barbershop/salon operations is a plus
