⚠️ SCAM WARNING & IMPORTANT ORDER POLICY UPDATE ⚠️
We are sharing this as a warning to other sellers and buyers following a recent incident involving orders placed through the Orange App.
These buyers placed orders with us, and after receiving access to the QR code, they cancelled the parcel while it was already in transit. The parcel contained the thank-you card with the hard copy of the QR code. However, because the QR code provides instant access once received, the digital access had already been obtained before the cancellation.
As a result, we were left without the product/access being returned while also being penalized by the Orange App for the cancelled order.
🚨 THIS IS WHY WE ARE CHANGING OUR ACCESS POLICY FOR ORANGE APP ORDERS:
Effective immediately:
• All Orange App orders will require email verification and approval before access is provided.
• Customers must approve/confirm the order before the QR code or digital access is released.
• No QR code or instant digital access will be provided immediately upon ordering through the platform.
• This policy is being implemented to protect our digital products, our business, and legitimate customers from cancellation-after-access situations.
📌 For orders placed directly through our page:
Access will remain instant, because our payment-first policy is still in place. Once payment is confirmed, access can be provided immediately.
We understand that this may add an extra step for Orange App customers, but unfortunately, these precautions are necessary after what happened.
⚠️ Please understand: once digital access has been provided, it cannot simply be “returned” like a physical item.
