Labs:
🔹 Glucose: 450 mg/dL
🔹 pH: 7.15
🔹 Bicarbonate: Low
🔹 Ketones: Positive

What's the diagnosis? 🤔

This woman has a dangerously fast heartbeat. The doctor doesn't start with an IV drug.
He asks her to blow as hard as she can into a syringe & then lifts her legs.

Around 350 Palestinian children are still held in Israeli prisons as Palestinian Prisoners’ Day (April 17th, 2026) is approaching, including sentenced minors and others in administrative detention without charge.

More than 55,500 children have been arrested since 1967, with 1,700 cases in the West Bank after October 2023, and dozens detained from Gaza with unknown fates.
