Grace began in 2019 with a simple ambition — to create jewellery that people could wear, gift, and attach meaning to.
Since then, we’ve had the privilege of serving millions of customers and becoming part of countless stories, celebrations, relationships and everyday moments.
But growing with you also meant listening to you.
Over the years, we’ve heard your praises, your suggestions, your honest feedback, and yes, even your complaints. Every message, review and conversation taught us something about what you expect from Grace — and what we could do better.
