For the Chicken Crust:
• 1 lb ground chicken (or shredded cooked chicken)
• ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
• 1 egg
• ½ tsp garlic powder
• ½ tsp onion powder
• Salt & pepper to taste
For the Toppings:
• ½ cup mozzarella cheese (for base)
• 1½ cups chopped romaine lettuce
• ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese
• ½ cup cherry tomatoes (halved)
• Optional: cooked bacon crumbles or grilled chicken strips
