A delegation of the Pakistan Air Force, currently on a five-day visit to Bangladesh, presented a Chinese-made JF-17 Thunder flight simulator to the Bangladesh Air Force.
The delegation, headed by Air Vice Marshal Aurangzeb Ahmed, also offered advanced pilot training opportunities for Bangladeshi air force personnel at Mushaf Airbase in Sargodha, Punjab. During the visit, the PAF officials highlighted the JF-17’s modern multirole combat capabilities and claimed that the aircraft performed better than India’s Dassault Rafale during the May 2025 India-Pakistan tensions.
