We are now employing this expertise for a better living and dignity since Hazara women are very skilled at craft work and carpet manufacturing is one of their anci

ent abilities.
is a non-profit business dedicated to ending exploitative working conditions, notably in the carpet industry. Our artisans do not make extra profit from their labor; instead, they charge for their services so that they may educate their children. provides respectable employment for economic growth, therefore reducing inequities, eliminating poverty, and promoting gender equality. Each carpet takes at least 45 to 50 days to complete, and every order makes their lives easier and happier. The goal of discouraging middlemen is that all labor wages should go to Artisans rather than those who profit while paying them the lowest wage. Our Artisans have access to a daycare center and a communal kitchen in our workplace. We have adult learning classes as well to make our artisans able to read, write and communicate, so they will be able to communicate with the buyers directly. Today renown Hazara Fashion designer Mohsin Ali and Hussain Rehar visited our craft surprise stall at Daachi Foundation festival and appreciated the Hazara women hand made crafts. They also loved our products and bought few from us.
We feel so happy that Hazara craft (with contemporary design intervention) is making its place globally. Hats off to all those Hazara women artisans who are making it possible.
