How to order?
All you need to do:

2 Contact us and inform the text that you want to put on one of the sides of your gift, as well as where and to whom it should be sent the purchase;
3 Pay $ 37 via Paypal;
4 Wait until the mail delivers your purchase to the destination (on average 2-4 weeks).

If you want to buy two or more items, please contact us, maybe we will help you save on shipping, if the weight of the items will allow it.
All orders are sent as registered airmail with tracking number.
At the moment, the minimum time for delivery in the world when sent by Russian Post is one week. The maximum delivery time is four weeks. However, the real speed of delivery is also affected by the rapid operation of customs and postal services at the place of arrival of the parcel. In addition, it is necessary to take into account that when large holidays approach, postal services of Russia and other countries in places of arrival of parcels can be significantly loaded with work, this affects the speed of delivery of your purchases. Unfortunately, I can not influence these factors and suggest you consider them when placing an order in my store.
If you did not receive your order after 4 weeks (on usual, non-public holidays), please contact me and I will send an official request to our mail in case your package is lost.
ATTENTION !!! I do not check the spelling of the overhead that you want to apply to the products I offer! All texts are transferred to the products in the form as you indicated. Claims for incorrect spelling of names or any words are not accepted, if all words are marked as you indicated when ordering.

Time of processing
If you buy the finished goods, I ship orders within 2-3 working days after confirmation of payment.
If you buy a personalized item, I will ship it within 4-5 business days after payment is confirmed.
If you want to make a completely individual project, then we define the time of manufacture by agreement.

Delivery method:
• Packages are sent from Krasnoyarsk, Russia via international air mail.
• Each package includes a tracking number and is insured.
• Shipping rates include the cost of shipping, insurance, handling and packaging.
• I carefully pack each item to make sure it comes to you in perfect condition.
• In each post I put in an invoice in which there is a note that this package is a gift with the corresponding description.
• If necessary, I can send via EMS or DHL, this is a more expensive and faster shipping method. If you need it, let me know about it and I'll post you an invoice taking into account the difference in the cost of postal services.
International customers are responsible for any taxes, duties and charges that may be incurred in the country of arrival of the parcel.
ATTENTION !!! In Russia, there are several periods associated with the days of the day, when the dispatch of any correspondence is difficult or absolutely impossible. The calendar of such periods is 2019:

Return and exchange
You can cancel the purchase you made within the first 24 hours after payment. I guarantee a 100% refund in this period.
I guarantee 80% of the amount refund if the purchase is refused within 4 days of receipt of the payment. You must have time to declare the refusal of the transaction no later than when I will take your purchase to the post office.
I do not accept a claim if the goods received by you were delivered intact and safe and did not have a defect in production.
I accept claims for non-personalized products within 3 days of the receipt of your parcel in the event that the goods you received have a marriage in the manufacturing process. I completely control the equipment and production process, but the emergence of random flaws associated with the peculiarity of the material used should not be explored. In this case, you send me a photo of the product and close-up shoot the place that, in your opinion, has signs of defect. We determine the fate of this purchase with you. In the event that a decision is made to return the goods - you pay the cost of its return, to my address.
In the event that a decision is made to replace the component part of the item you purchased, I make the replaced part free of charge. You bear the costs of writing this part to your address.
Please note that the photos you view on the mono may differ in color from the actual product. This difference depends on the color settings and the saturation of each individual monitor. Before making an order, make sure that you have read the full description of the item: dimensions, color, material, etc.
I do not control how quickly the postal operator moves, so please make sure that you book in advance so that it arrives at the right dates.
