Last week me and the Team at Le Forte Vietnam organized a very productive Webinar on the topic of Post Covid Spa operations INNOVATION!
More than 50 participants have come and we have exchanged lots of tips, big ideas, and real case studies. Practical advice from the seminar - “the spa industry is not ready to meet customer demand.“ as gathered from a participant.
What a wake-up call! As I was thinking about the statement, I was equally thrilled to know it was the Calling INNOVATIVE answer to many other participants and for anyone who is reading this.
For the fact I am motivated by this calling, I shall share my opinions on all the questions that were given to Le Forte Vietnam!
