🕒 Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9 am to 6 pm (Extra hours during our bustling season) ⌛️
💼 Position: Accountant (Our Numbers Hero!)
💰 Salary: $2,500 - $3,500 💵

📝 Role Description:
As an Accountant with Boughtnex, you will oversee the financial transactions of the company, ensuring accuracy and compliance with legal standards. Your responsibilities include:
✅ Conduct routine and annual audits, review financial operations and budget reports, prepare tax returns
✅ Managing accounts payable and receivable
✅ Conducting detailed reconciliations of all accounts
✅ Ensuring prompt payment of invoices
✅ Providing financial advice and support to the team (E.g. advise on areas that require more efficiencies and cost-savings)
✅ Provide risk analysis and forecasting.
✅ Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of regulatory requirements and standards
✅ Payroll Support: Assist with processing payroll, maintaining records, and ensuring compliance with tax laws.
🎓 Requirements:
✅ Degree in Accounting or equivalent
✅ Proficient in Quickbooks and MS Office
✅ Experience with GST
✅ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
✅ Attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information
✅ At least 3 years of relevant experience
