We are base locally and all items are posted out within 2 working days. Which means you will get to enjoy your new dresses really really soon :)
Our delivery options:
1) Singpost normal mail - $1.50
2) Singpost registered mail - $3.50 (for FB transactions)
3) Qxpress delivery - $3.50 (for Qoo10 transactions)
Note:
1) Items that are currently out of stock will have "Out of stock" indicated on the description. (Dun worry we will restock soon!)
2) Items will not be available permanently. Some designs have limited qty. Once a design is sold out, the picture will be removed. So do not hesitate for too long!
3) Colour of actual item may differ slightly from the pictures.
4) Measurements may differ up to 1-3cm. Returns & Exchange Policy:
1) All items are inspected prior to being delivered.
2) Exchange is only applicable to item being horribly misrepresented / manufacturer defects.
- The following are not considered manufacturer defects:
Minor stains (especially on lighter clothing), thread frays, misalignment of seams and wrinkles.
3) In case of exchange, buyer has to bear all costs of returns & re-posting. We will only repost the item once we have confirm receipt of the returns.
4) In case of wrong item sent, seller will bear all postage costs for return & resend. We will only repost the item once we have confirm receipt of the returns
5) In case of loss or delay occurred by Singpost Normal Mail or due to wrong address provided, buyer has to bear all costs of re-posting. For added assurance, please choose Singpost Registered Mail.
6) Any claims for exchange or replacements had to be requested within 7 days of purchase.
7) Cutting / Colour / Design / Material of clothing not up to expectation is not applicable for exchange. Thanks for looking :)
