Philosophers, Rabbis & Gurus often conducted classes outdoors. This is no longer the case in most schools today.

Multiple research have shown that children who spend time outdoors regularly are less likely to develop myopia.

According to psychologist Ulrich Dettweiler, the ingredients for learning motivation are perceived by both students and teachers to be greater outdoors based on his research. Cortisol levels in the outdoor group are also lower.
