For two nights only, Mr. Bucket x Province brings cacao into the kitchen, exploring how Asian cacao can complement and elevate the bold, layered flavours of Southeast Asia.

Expect familiar ingredients in unexpected forms, thoughtful pairings and dishes that trace stories of place, culture and provenance.

This October, Mr. Bucket and Province come together for two nights to explore the region through two things that have always brought people together: food and cacao.

Across the menu, familiar ingredients and flavours take unexpected turns, with cacao from across Asia woven into thoughtfully crafted dishes. From the richness of Southeast Asian culinary traditions to contemporary interpretations, each creation explores where flavour comes from and where it can go next.

A kitchen takeover that celebrates the places, cultures and stories behind the flavours we know, seen through a different lens.
