[Teban Place]
Teban Place is a two-storey neighbourhood shopping mall that serves the basic needs of the residents. The sculptural “Pergola Trees” provides a new landmark for the commercial node in the Teban Gardens area. Reflector plates are used as connectors, mimicking leaves in the day while serving as light reflectors at night. The canopy is perforated with abstracted foliage patterns to cast interesting shadows over the seats.
