Here’s another sharing — for the benefit of viewers who are not fluent in Malay, I’ve added both Malay and English subtitles so everyone can learn about this remarkable move known as “Pasak Mati” / “I Love You”.
Here, Cikgu Isiah Majid shares the importance of appreciating the beauty of the Malay language used to describe the various movements in the art of silat.

New Scam! Alert all your friends and Family Members on this It is important. Malaysians have been scammed using the same technique.

They will call the intended victim about 1 hour before closing time of the office and that will indeed make some panic. It gives you the need to act on it asap online with their help!
If you believe, they have half the battle won!
That's their tactic!

Never ever feel rushed to do anything. if it is really urgent and important, they won't call you 1 hour before their operations close. And don't be taken in by their threats, Ministry of Law will not charge you in court without a supporting case. Anyone can give you a fake fictitious invoice number or case number. it is just a made up number in thin air as long as they don't provide any legal letters.

“Misfortune comes without warning” is a Malay idiom that refers to accidents, calamities, or unfortunate events that happen suddenly and unexpectedly, without any prior signs or warning.

While we were inside the mosque earlier this morning, a very loud crashing sound was heard!

It turned out that a large branch from a tree had snapped and fallen.

How did this story end? Watch till the end.

Every movement in silat is not merely a physical action, but is rooted in the observations of our ancestors towards nature and the world around them. That is why many silat terms are expressed in beautiful, poetic Malay language filled with deep meaning — such as kilas biawak (monitor lizard evasion), harimau berantai (chained tiger), and helang menyambar (eagle swooping).
The term kilas biawak, for example, refers to the observation of how a monitor lizard moves, evades, or swiftly strikes against its opponent with agility and precision. The elders carefully studied the movements of animals in nature and translated them into martial arts techniques — not merely for combat, but also as a reflection of wisdom, agility, and the beauty of the Malay language itself.Singapura
