- For Ready Stock item:
Once we confirm receipt of payment in full, we will usually send item out within 2 days but in any case within 3 days. All item will be checked for defects before posting.
- For Pre-order item:
Once we confirm receipt of payment in full, we will advise you on the estimated date of delivery. All item will be checked for defects before posting. Orders are subjected to Supplier's stock availability. Full refund will be given if item is out of stock.
2. Goods sold are not refundable or exchangeable.
3. Do note that we will refund the amount paid if the order was cancelled due to pre-order item out of stock. No cancellation, refund or exchange of thems once payment was done.
