Dignity Mama Stall is an initiative of Project Dignity Pte Ltd for youths with special needs, equipping them with skills to run and manage a stall. 📚❤️ A book today, a little world of wonder tomorrow.

We were delighted to welcome Stella and her team to DM@NUH to choose books for the children at HATCH by TOUCH Preschools.

🇸🇬 Happy 61st Birthday, Singapore!

As Singapore celebrates her 61st birthday, we at Dignity Mama pause to reflect on what this little red dot has given us — opportunities, inclusion, dignity and hope. ❤️

Over the years, we have had the privilege of watching our special needs staff grow from children and young adults into confident, responsible and capable individuals.

Some have been with us for more than 10 years. We have watched them learn, mature, take on responsibilities, serve customers, make friends and, most importantly, discover that they too have something meaningful to contribute to society.

Through good times and difficult times — even through COVID-19 and challenging economic periods — we persevered. We kept going because we believe that every person deserves the opportunity to work, to contribute and to be valued.

Today, when we look at these faces, we see more than our Dignity Mama family.
We see Singapore’s story of inclusion and resilience. 🇸🇬

Thank you, Singapore, for building a society where our special needs community can have gainful employment, dignity and a sense of belonging.

May we continue to grow together — building a Singapore where everyone has a place, everyone has a purpose, and no one is left behind.

For the past 10 years, Teekay has been a steadfast supporter of Dignity Mama. ❤️

On 30 July, Kristine and her Teekay teammates visited our Dignity Mama @ NUH stall, bringing along generous donations and warm encouragement for our team.

Our partnership began in 2016 with book donations. Over the years, Teekay’s support has grown beyond donating books. Today, they also sponsor the purchase of books from Dignity Mama, creating a meaningful cycle of giving.

These sponsored books are distributed to community beneficiaries, including children, families and individuals from lower-income households, as well as welfare and residential care organisations. Through this initiative, Teekay not only brings the joy of reading to others but also supports meaningful employment for persons with disabilities and caregivers at Dignity Mama.

Thank you, Kristine and the entire Teekay team, for a decade of kindness, generosity and unwavering partnership. Your support has touched countless lives, and we are truly grateful to celebrate this 10-year milestone together.

Our Dignity Mama Stall at KTPH’s operating hours have changed, but our mission remains the same.

📚 Dignity Mama at KTPH is now open:
Monday – Thursday: 10.00am – 4.00pm
Closed: Friday, Saturday & Sunday

Every visit, every book you purchase, and every word of encouragement means so much to us. Your support helps create meaningful employment opportunities and gives hope and dignity to persons with disabilities and their caregivers.

When you visit, do say hello to Jie Cheng! 😊 Your smile, kind words, and support will brighten his day as much as yours.
