That same philosophy inspired the creation of SKLO Evolution.

Designed in Singapore by SKLO in collaboration with the Sommelier Association of Singapore, Evolution was shaped by the insights of Asia's w**e professionals and brought to life by the master craftsmen of Kvetna 1794, a 232-year-old Bohemian glassworks.

Over nine months of design, refinement, and countless prototypes, Asian perspectives met centuries of Czech glassmaking expertise to create a stenware collection that truly reflects the meeting of cultures.

Meet Nicole Roche, beverage director at Nouri and Appetite SG. Nouri is a one-Michelin-starred restaurant in Singapore while Appetite SG is its multi-disciplinary sister concept located just upstairs.

Nicole’s thoughtful approach to w**e and sake pairing perfectly complements Nouri's philosophy of Crossroads Cooking. Rather than simply matching flavours, she creates pairings that encourage discovery, allowing each w**e and sake to become an integral part of the dining journey.
