Arch was founded in 1989. During that time, we saw the potential of Singapore developing beyond the skylines and wanted to create artworks that would inspire others from the wellspring of heritage. Heritage is both tangible and intangible. It comprises of our built spaces, culture as well as the collective sense of identity as a people.
