Ever since I gave birth, I couldn’t slim down no matter what I tried — dieting, starving, exercising, detoxing, even slimming salons. Nothing lasted, and I often felt demoralised seeing myself in photos or struggling to fit into clothes I liked. 😔
One day, I came across my poly mate’s posts about his and his wife’s transformation journey. At first, I didn’t act, but their stories kept appearing, and with my girl’s graduation and my cousin’s wedding coming up, I told myself — it’s time to find back the old me. 💪
What started as a slimming goal turned into something much more. I lost fats and gained confidence, friendships, and happiness. My mindset opened up — I no longer get stuck on small matters or feel easily defeated. Now I see challenges as opportunities and face them with an open heart. 🌈
