Important Whale Tea Member App Update
We’re upgrading to a NEW Whale Tea Member and Mobile Ordering App!
Our existing Member App will No longer be available from 27 August 2026 onwards. Please take note:

1. Existing Member App
Our existing member APP will be phased out on 27 August 2026. Please wait for our NEW App, targeted for launch around October 2026.

2. Whale Points
Your existing points will be transferred to the NEW App, but you must register using the same mobile number and email address linked to your current membership.

3. Existing Vouchers
Existing vouchers cannot be transferred to the NEW App due to the new voucher system.

4. Stored Value Card
Your remaining balance will be converted into Cash Vouchers in your NEW App account, but you must register using the same mobile number and email address linked to your current membership.

5. During the Transition Period
From 27 August until the NEW App launches, collection and redemption of Points and Vouchers will not be available at all The Whale Tea outlets.

6. New App Announcement
Please wait patiently for our official announcement on Facebook, Instagram, TikTok or XHS and email for the NEW App download.
