While Daddy learnt overseas, Mummy held the fort at home. 💛

Yesterday, Daddy was attending the seminar overseas. I stayed home with our three little darlings because Korkor had an examination the following morning.

Because I was home, I could also personally follow the recommended FELEMENT candle schedule
lighting one GoodQi Candle and one Double Blessings Candle in their corresponding sectors from the morning. 🕯️🕯️

Watching their flames dance gently throughout the day, I held a different wish for each person I love:

💛 Valuable learning and meaningful connections for Daddy

💛 Happiness and healthy growth for our three children
💛 Supportive people, suitable opportunities, abundance and harmony for our family

Daddy may have been growing through learning overseas while Mummy nurtured and supported everyone at home, but we were both working towards the same thing—a happier and stronger family.

Different places. Different roles. One family growing together.

I wrote an original song, “Five Hearts, One Home,” especially for this family moment. I hope its gentle message brings a little warmth to your day too. 💛

Some of the most important work happens quietly, behind the scenes.

Tonight, I joined a combined Zoom learning session with my team—not simply to listen, but to reflect, take notes and consider how we can continue improving the way we communicate, share and support others.

As I wrote with my LAMY fountain pen, one question stayed with me:

“What will August bring?”

It reminded me to look intentionally at the areas that matter most => family, work, learning, health and self.

Accompanying my learning corner were my GoodQi Wealth Aromatic Diffuser, GoodQi Relationship Aromatic Diffuser and Cherry Blossom Magic Mist. They have naturally become part of the environment and daily rituals I create for working, learning and caring for myself.

I believe opportunities are not only something we pursue. We also prepare ourselves to recognise and receive them by continuously learning and growing.

Unboxing our FELEMENT 13幸福 Eternal Bliss Set

Our 13幸福 set arrived today, and I decided to open it at home and share what is actually inside.

There is something very different about recommending products that you personally use and understand.

As a mother, practitioner and independent distributor, I want the things I share with others to first make sense in my own life and home.

🏡 Our First Home Open House ❤️

Looking back on our 3rd FELEMENT Numbers & You Sharing Session fills my heart with gratitude.

This wasn’t simply an event.

It was families opening their hearts to learning, parents encouraging one another, children playing together, and friendships becoming stronger.

For the first time, my husband and I welcomed everyone into our own home.

Thank you to our wonderful guest speakers from KL, Fany Kiu and Kitty Wong, for making the trip to Singapore.

Thank you to every FELEMENT family member who joined us:
• Brenda & family
• Evone & family
• Cindy & family
• Valerie joining via Zoom
• My mum and brother
• Our newest FELEMENT family members, Serene and later that evening Felicia and her family.

Watching Serene begin her journey reminded me that many parents are walking similar paths.

Raising children, navigating PSLE, preparing younger siblings for Primary 1, while continuing to grow themselves.

Felicia and her family joined us after the session had officially ended, but we replayed the sharing together and they chose to begin their FELEMENT journey that same evening. Those quiet conversations became one of the most meaningful parts of the day.

Thank you for being the quiet strength behind this event. While I was presenting, you welcomed guests, cared for our children and made everyone feel at home.

This weekend I’ll be back in Johor Bahru learning from my esteemed teacher Dr. Datin Cherlin Cheah. Every opportunity to learn helps me serve families in Singapore with greater wisdom and confidence.

I’ve found it also comes from knowing when to pause.

This afternoon, I took a few quiet minutes with a glass of cold brew tea before continuing a full day of learning, consultations, preparation, and family life.

Every Wednesday reminds me that growth doesn’t happen overnight.

It happens through consistent learning.
Intentional choices.
And showing up every day—even when no one is watching.

Progress.

Not perfection.

Growth does not always happen in a quiet room with the perfect setup. Sometimes, it happens right in the middle of family life. ❤️

My son had tuition tonight, so I gave him our main study space. My littlest stayed beside me while I joined our online team learning session from a small corner of our home.

At the same time, women were connecting from Singapore and different states across Malaysia. 🌏

We may come from different places, backgrounds and stages of life, but each of us showed up with the same intention—to learn, exchange perspectives, understand ourselves more deeply and support one another’s growth.

A few teammates had to leave earlier for travelling and other commitments, so we quickly took this photo with those who were still online when the session ended. 😆 It may not show everyone, but I am grateful for every person who joined and contributed.

Tonight reminded me that we do not need to live the same life to encourage one another.

Different paths. Different seasons. One shared desire to grow.
Women supporting women. ❤️
