The butter we select goes through a special double churn process that produces a signature rich, creamy taste with an irresistible aroma. WHAT IS DOUBLE CHURN BUTTER? Churned butter simply means butter that comes from cream that has been matured and churned in a traditional, discontinuous manner. With double churn, this process produces a superior, flavourful taste. No wonder that our butter cookies are just as good!
