Do you understand that your customer is your boss?
In my short consultancy, I have never seen a business thriving without customers.
Customers are the reason why you exist. They are whom you are as a business! Think about it.
In all sectors of the economy. There is no business without buyers.that seems a simple fact but my countrymen won't understand this. I feel concerned, when I see traders mistreating the very best people they are supposed to take care of.for starters. In business a customer is a person or company that consumes, receives or buy a product or service, has a right to choose between different goods and suppliers.
The main objective of all commercial activities is to attract customers and make them purchase what they have on sale.you might have seen or read about customer service. Customer relations and customer satisfaction. All these were created because businesses have understood for centuries that they can't exist without clients or customers.all these is to make sure that service or product is provided to them timely, attentively and updated exactly as required by the customer. Businesses make sure that customers needs are met in a manner that reflects positively on the company or business. The customer is the really boss. That might seem funny but it is the fact. Marketing as a science was created on the ground that more customers are needed since business wasn't making enough without them. In the hands, customers care units to carry one on one conservation between a representative of a company to make sure that his/her (needs the customer) are provided as ordered and with the quality needed.
If you ask me why does business need customers?
I would tell you that businesses are actually problems solvers, though they do it for gain,no produces what will not be consumed.
As an entrepreneur, you ask yourself three simple questions before you start your business or produce what you ought to sell.
What do people want?
When do they want it?
