• Return and Refund Policy​

•​ Customers are required to check carefully for the quantity and quality of goods received, return will not be accepted after customers' acceptance of goods.
•​ In case only same products can be returned in any circumstances
•​Cannot be changed unless they have product quality problems
•​ Effective receipt is needed for product exchange within 7 days after purchase.

•​The difference will not be returned if the price of the exchange item is lower than the original one.
•​Baby products，socks， inner wear，Clothes, Perfume & Cosmetics, Glass Items,Plastic Containers, Tested Toys & Jewelry cannot be exchanged. Refund Policy
Should customer wish to return any flawed product, all requests must be made within seven days, and all returned goods must be in good conditions & description like quantity / packaging / accessories must be consistent with the invoice. Otherwise, no refund shall be made nor there will be any written off

Partial Refunds or Restocking Fees
•​Complete goods within 7 days need to be refunded, We will charge 20% off the return item price.(Please insure that returned good are in good condition.) Returns request depends upon store's operating time. No handling nor acceptance will be catered during non-operating hours. Reasons for Unacceptable Returns/Exchange
Under the following circumstances, we will not be able to process your returns:
Products not meeting the criteria for “7-day Unconditional Returns”
More than seven days of product appreciation period
Man-Made damage
Products that have been improperly used, including without limitation, having touched extremely damp objects, chemicals, gasoline, paint, detergent, solvent, or cooking oil, or having been overheated
Products with loose threads or cracking due to external scratches by hard objects, or internal wear and tear
Damage caused by forcible pulling or pressing
Damaged products due to use for longer than service life
Damaged products due to improper wash
Products with unclean appearance
Products not sold on Phoebe's Variety Store
For any order claim, we will only the order or refund the relevant amount. We are not liable for any other losses caused by using our services.
