Payment - Payments can be deposited into any 1 of our FCB, RBTT, Republic Bank or ScotiaBank accounts (the info would be sent via e-mail upon request) or transactions can be made to meet in person depending on your location. A 50% NON-REFUNDABLE downpayment is required for ALL orders to be processed. A receipt would be given as proof of payment and the balance is paid upon collection of items if delivered in person or before delivery if TTPOST service is used. If the item ordered is in stock, full payment must be made prior to or upon delivery. Delivery - Orders are placed on Sunday nights unless stated otherwise and are usually delivered within 2-3 weeks. Order updates would be forwarded to you accordingly. The general delivery locations are as follows:

These locations are subject to change. You also have the option of paying $20TT to have items delivered to you via TTPost within 2 days. No exchanges or refunds would be done unless the wrong item is delivered to you or the condition of the item is not as described. If you would like to have an item ordered that isn't available on the page, feel free to contact us and we'll make arrangements to order the item for you. However, a 75% NON-REFUNDABLE downpayment is required for the order to be processed. PLEASE NOTE:
If an ordered item is not paid off within seven (7) days from the first notification of arrival of the item, it would then be sold and there would be NO refund of the initial deposit.
