De Airsoft shipped over their JAKL for testing and long term review. So we'll take our time and do some proper evaluation. Meaning it will take a while for the video to end up online.
However, after a few weeks tinkering around. We can share some details already
External:
The paint finish is done well. It can hold up pretty well under normal use. Of course if you throw it between rocks and give it a good scratch, the aluminium underneath could become visible. The paint is somewhat glossy but that's relatively common with many brands.
The pistol grip is strong and works well for small and medium hands. The charging handle is swappable from right to left and non reciprocating.
The magazine:
It's waffle style mag/pmag and unloaded it comes in about 370 grams unloaded. It's able to empty a little less than 3 mags on one gas fill.
Stock: has a really nice rubberized butt plate and the stock itself is nicely coated in a tan/bronze color. The coating is better than the pain on the body of the rifle.
Internal: strong TM MWS spec, easy to maintain and no issues to date.
