No.19 Masala chai 馬薩拉茶
一直有點難揣摩香料奶茶的濃度
太濃怕大家被肉桂和薑味嚇跑
太淡味道又出不來
最後定案！是濃淡適中的香料奶茶
有一點溫暖香醇 又不濃郁刺鼻
帶著微微的香料味
點燃時會以茶香為主
一般香料奶茶裡面的紅茶為阿薩姆紅茶
帶點苦澀 茶味重
在調製蠟燭時決定選用伯爵茶香精
區別於阿薩姆
伯爵茶加入了香檸檬調味
味道更輕盈且加了點柑橘果香
可以保證 不會被嚇到！

It’s always been a bit tricky to find the right balance for Masala chai.
Too strong, the cinnamon and ginger might scare people away.
Too light, and the flavor doesn’t come through.
After much fine-tuning, we’ve decided on the perfect middle ground —
a chai that’s warm and smooth, never overpowering,
with just a hint of spice,and when lit, the tea aroma takes the lead.
In traditional chai, the black tea base is usually Assam,
which is bold and slightly bitter.
But for this candle, we chose Earl Grey fragrance instead.
Unlike Assam, Earl Grey is infused with bergamot,
making the scent lighter and gently citrusy —
so you can enjoy it without being overwhelmed.
