The Kanga Project The Kanga Project celebrates women in Africa by gifting them with colorful kanga fabric. The Kanga Project team are giving back to the women of Zanzibar.

The Kanga is a rectangular piece of cotton that is used in the East African region as a covering. The Kanga comes in pairs and is often worn as an entire outfit by women. With your generous donations, the team have sourced locally traded Kanga material and have distributed to 1000 women across the villages of Zanzibar. The Kanga Project is a non-profit organisation. 100% of all donations go toward

s supporting a local person and purchasing the Kanga Gifts. Our vision is to connect the community through the spirit of giving. We envision the project impacting many peoples lives including local tradesmen, tailors, distributors and craftsmen. For more information please contact:
