One thing I will forever be thankful for is our customers who cheer us on so loudly and give us the space to get creative! You tell us what you want and we listen!!! Black Ice is more than a side hustle to our family. It is a creative outlet, it is a way to connect with people, it brings a fun pep to the events we attend. I am constantly thinking of ways to get out of the box of a “drink trailer” “coffee trailer” “snow cone trailer” and bring FUN to the table. When people spend their hard earned money we want them to not just like it but love it! Love the product and love the experience and it be a place for everyone.

This weekend we will soft launch electrolyte and energy boost drinks. They will be made with sparkling water, syrup and a selection of energy boosting syrup and electrolyte powder. The recipe may change as time goes on and we learn what works and what doesn’t. I cannot wait to share the whole line up!!! We aren’t doing sugar free options YET! But if this is a hit we may do that later on!!! My goal is to keep this line as healthy as possible focused as possible while still tasting great, there will be syrupy sugar in it though!

Okay y’all - I need your opinion because I’m this close to adding another thing to the trailer
I’m doing a private health-focused event at H-E-B this weekend, so I’ll be testing out some electrolyte + energy drink options there. And with us heading into a VERY busy fall softball tournament season, I’m wondering if these need to become a regular Black Ice thing ••
I’m thinking cold, fruity, refreshing drinks that you can grab between games - especially on those long, hot tournament days when coffee or shaved ice isn’t quite what you need.
So tell me:
Would you actually order an electrolyte drink? An energy drink? Both?
And more importantly... what flavors would you want?!
I’m thinking things like strawberry lemonade, blue raspberry, watermelon lime, peach mango, berry, green apple, citrus... but y’all know I will absolutely overthink this without some input. 6

Thank you all so much for your patience, support, and understanding over the last few months. 🖤

Life got a little busier than expected while I transitioned into a new position in higher education here locally, and we also navigated my kiddo’s knee surgery and recovery. Black Ice has definitely had to take a little bit of a back seat while we adjusted to a new normal.

We’re finally getting settled, but we’re also gearing up for a very busy fall and will be out and about quite a bit.

Because of that, for the time being, we are primarily accepting Saturday and Sunday bookings, with limited weekday evening availability for special situations/events.

We are incredibly grateful for everyone who continues to support Black Ice, recommends us, books us, shares our posts, and keeps coming back. We love getting to be part of your events and this community, and we’re excited for everything coming this fall.
