September 11–13, we’ll be at the Orlando Pen Show for our LAST pen show of 2026! 🎉

We LOVE this show, and this one is a little bittersweet because it’s our last chance this year to see so many of the friends we’ve made along the way. ❤️

We’re bringing pens, inks, paper, accessories, new arrivals, old favorites, and plenty of ink swatches to look through!

More new items in the shop and these are SO pretty. ✉️📚

World Literature Letter Sets take eight classic stories and turn them into stationery, with each one getting its own paper, colors, wax seal, quote, and overall mood.

And they really nailed the details.

Each set comes with:
✉️ 10 sheets of 140gsm Reservoir paper made for fountain pens
✉️ 5 matching envelopes
✉️ 5 wax seal stickers

I brought in all eight designs, but only 5 of each because I genuinely had no idea which ones you guys would love the most. 😂 And right now, I don’t have a restock date.

The Colorverse Ink Advent Calendar is here, and this is one of those things you really don’t want to remember you wanted on November 30th.

DC, you were SO good to us. 💜

I don’t think I can properly put into words how grateful we are for everyone who came by our table, bought something, stopped to chat, came back to see us again, or told someone else about Smruti Pens. This was our most successful pen show ever, and knowing that this little business is helping us do things like put our boys in piano lessons makes it feel even more special. 🥹🎹

Life clearly decided we were getting a little too comfortable after that high 😂, but we survived the basement chaos and now we are officially signing off for a bit.

Next stop: ARUBA! 🌴☀️

Ten years of marriage, seven years since our last kid-free vacation, and one whole week to just be Akhila & Nirmal again. ❤️

Thank you for supporting our little family and this crazy little business of ours. Every order, every show purchase, every conversation, and every person who tells a friend about us means more than you probably realize.

Now off to Aruba, where the only water I want to see for the next week is the Caribbean. 😂🌴🌊
