Hop Sauce, Royal Ribbit, and Croakatoa! Our 3 most popular flavors. I have been considering changing the name of Royal Ribbit (the Earl Gray tea infused plum and habanero hot sauce). Do you guys have ideas, or do you like the name as is?

The recent heatwave in Southern California burnt a lot of my peppers, but there were still some pretty ones from my recent harvest! These were the cool shapes I got from my red Carolina reapers, Genghis khan brain, purple massacre, Kaos, and RB003 peppers. The plants have been stressed from the heat so they’re a bit small this round.

One of my fried chicken plants died and the other has been having trouble, but I got my first fried chicken peppers in the 2nd slide. They’re normally big but the plant is stressed haha, I was just happy to get one!

Sounds like a strange combination until you try it. Would you try?

I mixed our Royal Ribbit hot sauce with melted butter, tossed it with crispy wings, and the result was sweet, floral, tangy, buttery, and very tasty. My most recent pepper harvest was sitting out next to the wings haha!
