Is your concealer actually making you look more tired instead of brighter?

One of the biggest changes I made with my makeup as I got older was learning that placement matters just as much as the product itself. Once I started using techniques like this, I began getting so many compliments. People just said - you look great! Some even asked what I was doing different.

For mature skin, more concealer isn’t necessarily better. Strategic placement can help brighten the face, soften shadows and create a more lifted look without weighing everything down.

I’m using a cream-based makeup that doubles as my concealer, and a little goes a long way. I used to think I needed more makeup to cover the changes I was seeing as I aged, when sometimes that extra product was actually emphasizing them.

The second I heard it, I knew I had to use it.

Finding a make up I loved after so many years of searching, gave me the confidence to come on here and share it with others. It still blows my mind how much I’ve learned and how simple it can be.

Because I want to sleep in comfort, and not wake up with cracked lips and mega dry hair.

I have tried so many things and right now these three are helping so much!

I finally found pajamas that actually come in tall, and fit well 🙌

I learned these little tweaks with make up and which type works best for mature skin. It’s good to play around with it and see which areas you like best for your face shape.

And I love sharing it with others because aging skin can sure be frustrating when you don’t know what in the world to do differently.
