The weather is gorgeous, the view is beautiful, the coffee is flowing, and we’ve got a whole bunch of books just waiting to go home with you. 📚☕

🍦 September 26 | American Honey Creamery | 4–8 PM
This one is extra special! We’re teaming up with American Honey Creamery & Coffee Apollo Beach for a pop-up and fundraiser benefiting Dolly Parton’s Imagination Library! ❤️ Come shop books, grab some ice cream, and help us put more books into the hands of kids in our community.

And of course, we’ve got plenty of markets sprinkled throughout the month too! Swipe for the full September schedule and come say hi when we’re in your neighborhood.

“Give me a list and I will make every single person who’s harmed you pay with their life.”

If you’ve been sleeping on this one, we’re gonna need you to move this to the top of your TBR.

Omg. This line. Hazel Wilks said “Hold my pen” and grabbed us by the heart strings and won’t let go.

Do you want to feel things? Do you want a story that will make you want to throw your book and stare at a wall but you DONT because you want to know what is happening while you’re away? Do you want to feel things so hard when our FMC refuses to even though the hammer is definitely cracking her walls? Then ➡️ Get. This. Book.

Currently at 71% so no spoilers please! Also, we’re gonna need book two immediately.

Welp, that was a bummer. We got absolutely soaked and a ton of our stuff got wet but we saved the books!

Huge shoutout to the other vendors who helped us hold plastic sheets down and keep the rain from ruining things. Market vendors really are like a family!

The worst part is knowing we had people who were going to stop by and having to miss out on that. We’re sorry to everyone who had to cancel their plans!

We’ll be back at it next Sunday in Ruskin and this one is covered, so weather won’t run us off! 😂 Can someone knock on wood real quick though? 🤦🏻‍♀️🤷🏻‍♀️ just in case.

Running a mobile bookstore means meeting a LOT of people… and sometimes they say things that stick with you. 😂

Kayla and I started keeping a list of our favorites, and we randomly say them to each other because apparently owning a bookstore has done this to us.

Every single one of these has actually been said to us at a market. Yes, even the rugs. They were, apparently, very detailed.

And for the record:
📚 Yes, people actually buy the books.
📚 No, we did not write them.
📚 We’re still considering the shed.
📚 And yes, people absolutely still read. ❤️
