Dessert run! 🍰 And where else would we go but Kenny & Ziggy’s in Houston?!

If you’ve never been, you’re missing out! This place brings a little New York deli experience right to Houston, and the dessert selection alone is worth the trip! Seriously, how is anyone supposed to choose?!

A little fun history! Kenny & Ziggy’s opened in Houston in 1999, but owner Ziggy Gruber’s family deli roots go all the way back to 1927 in New York! That’s nearly 100 years of deli tradition!

We’ve been here plenty of times, but this trip was all about dessert! Of course, seeing all that delicious food reminded us why we keep coming back. And that menu? There’s definitely no shortage of options!

Why can I STILL hear the Reading Rainbow theme song playing in my head? 🌈🎶😂

The second I saw this shirt, I knew it was going straight into my cart! Childhood nostalgia, a cute graphic, AND it’s pink? Obviously, I needed it!

How have we NEVER heard of Cottonwood?!

Saw a post from Chef David and decided to make the drive to check it out. And let me tell you… we were NOT disappointed!

The food was AMAZING, we got to meet Chef David, and now I’m just mad it’s not closer because this would absolutely be a weekly spot for us!

With this cooler weather, game season, and TVs everywhere, this place is a must-try!
