The last few weeks have been good for my soul…I’ve been soaking up the morning sun, spending more time barefoot in the grass, more time in His word, slowing down enough to breathe, and I’m finally starting to feel better. 🌿

Sometimes the best reset isn’t complicated… it’s fresh air, quiet mornings, a little grounding, and gratitude for the little things.

I’m feeling excited for what’s to come, both personally and here at Thistle & Salt. There are some good things stirring, and I can’t wait to share them with y’all. Yall stop by! 💜
