Before we get into the little details, just want to let you know to STAY TUNED for some updates, photos, ~interviews~ & more from our events last weekend!

To all my folks in DFW:

Firstly, thank you SO MUCH for attending our events! Seeing everyone convene & meeting all y’all brought me SO much joy. We’ll be sending out an email to y’all tomorrow with a form regarding pros/cons & other info regarding the two events! We’d love to get your input on how we can improve moving forward… & don’t worry, we’ll be back at in DFW sometime this year! Maybe a massive thanksgiving potluck 👀👀

LA & SAN DIEGO FOLKS:
We are aiming to host an event the weekend of August 22nd out here!!! We’ve reached out to several locations but we’re still not locked in on a location. If you know of any shops that share our values, tag them in the comments or let us know! The goal in our Event Host is to continue working with & building other companies that deserve the BBB lovin’ (just like Claire & the Team at Nehemiah!) We are so excited to continue putting BBB on its feet & uniting more & more likeminded people.

Things I forgot to mention:

For the All-Girls Event:
There will also be more canvas’s & the same crochet station as our last event! You’ll be able to drink some coffee, break bread, do arts, crafts & partake in the ~live Photo Booth~ plus share your recipe’s with Eachother!

Our goal for this event is primarily to connect all of the BBB’s. From my (Jacob’s) end of social media, I see how neat & amazing this corner of the internet is & I would be doing a disservice to everyone if I didn’t connect y’all with Eachother! The goal here is for you to at least make one friend that you can connect with beyond the BBB event!

For our Singles Event:
It is completely optional for you to bring a baked good. Feel free to bring any treat if you desire!
Upon entry, you’ll have some time to mingle & grab a coffee/light drink, then we will split into an hour of “breaking the ice while breaking the bread” where guys will rotate from BBB table to BBB table (there will be ~3 guys & 3 girls) on each table. We will conversate & get to know each other for that timeslot, then we will proceed to conversate for the rest of the event!

Also, during this event, I will be interviewing some of y’all (**those of y’all would like to be**) on the BBB Instagram, asking dating-related questions to ~potentially~ post on our BBB Instagram page🫵🤎

The hidden GEM of this event is that everyone will likely be able to take home some of the baked goods 🥹🥹 Ironically, I ate Kate Toulouse’s gluten free mini-muffins for breakfast a couple days ago (my family froze them after the last event bc they were so good… thanks again Kate!!!). So.. trust me, you’ll leave the event with at least something in your hands!

There will be more arts & crafts at this event, as well as a ton of amazing coffee :) the best part tho, is that there will be other like-minded BBBs that share values! Nothing like breaking each others homemade bread togetherrrrr

Side note, I’ll talk about it more during the week, but if some of you want to bring a notecard alongside your bread with your recipe, we will be encouraging everyone to share recipes w Eachother! This is optional BUT we will take a few photos of BBBs who bring recipes & puy you + your bread & your recipe (if consent is given) on the BBB Instagram page for everyone to see :)

ROUND 2 HAS COME

TEXAS-BASED BBB’s & CHALANT MEN:

Our second in-person meetup is OFFICIALLY on the calendar for next Saturday, JULY 25th!

(Tickets will go live via the link in our bio THIS SATURDAY AT 3PM CST)

We will once again be Breaking Banana Bread with Nehemiah Coffee Co. over TWO separate events‼️

Our first event will be an ALL GIRLS afternoon, beginning at 3PM next Saturday. One of the best parts of our last event was hearing how many of y’all connected & we MUST continue creating a safe space for amazing people. Plus, there will be more arts & crafts than last time🙏🔥

Our second event will be a SINGLES event, beginning at 6:30PM!

To all the BBB’s & Parents reading this:
SHARE THIS POST WITH THE GODLY MEN YOU KNOW!! Our last event was filled with unbelievably captivating women, and the goal for our singles event is to connect some of our amazing BBBs with good Men. This event will not be FORCED. It will be wholesome, casual, safe & warm. Just like BBB’s! Feel free to bake any of your favorite recipes, as we will have tables laid out to break bread & rotate between conversations with people as we eat!

To all our Guys reading this:
Spoiler alert… This event will be a GOLD mine for “Wife Material”. If you are a man who is working to better himself & wants to meet likeminded folks with strong values, get tickets!! Come with your friends!! This event slot will be less about “arts and crafts” and more about mingling & connecting amazing people👍

To Everyone not in Texas:
Before we branch out to other cities, we really want to nail this down the right way before expanding. Plus, Nehemiah is such a wonderful partner. Nehemiah exudes the BBB values effortlessly & is conveniently located RIGHT in the middle of Dallas & Fort Worth!

Two updates for everyone!

1) Our website crashed on Thursday, but thankfully our products have loaded into Instagrams Shop! We will keep the products live to account for the website’s issues. Use code SUMMER for a discount :)

2) DFW BBB’s & our Godly Men: start letting those bananas go brown & keep your schedule open for July 25th! More details regarding tickets, location & activities will be released soon, but we wanted to let some of y’all know for now🤎
