Something special is aging behind the scenes...

Our Old Dominick Bourbon Barrel Aged coffee is in the works. By taking Old Dominick Distillery’s used bourbon barrels to age our coffee beans, it allows the beans to take on the character of the barrel before they ever hit the roaster.

This is a Brazilian, medium roast coffee emboding flavors of honeycrisp apple, caramelized peanuts, warm bourbon. Giving you a warm sweetness, medium body.

Let’s go Yo Bro Coffee Co.

Yesterday was one for the books. At 10:00, we paused production, cut the ribbon and celebrated the gift God has given us in Yo Bro Coffee Co. This has been his idea, his inspiration, and his initiation. We have just been obedient and stand on solid ground to say DREAM, friends. Let the Lord whisper big things in your heart and then trust him to take you there.

Thank you to every single person who came by to sip a coffee, spend time with friends, and hug our necks. Our team killed the chaos and rose to the occasion. They slung shots of espresso, stacked Brekky Sand-Os, and whisked matcha like the professionals they are.

So here we are, Hernando. Part of the community for years to come, we pray. We are here for you! Use this space to find connections. Enter these doors on a bad day and let us remind you of your worth. And by all means, enjoy a dang good cup of coffee!

Today is a celebration… and a bittersweet one 🤍

If you’ve been part of the Coffee Central by Ethnos | Specialty Café family over the last seven years, chances are you’ve been greeted by the smile of Mikayla Roberts.

From the very beginning, mikayla roberts has been part of our story. She first walked through our doors as a customer with friends on a Saturday night. Not long after, she joined our team as a barista. Through hard work, leadership, and an incredible passion for specialty coffee, she grew into our Bar Manager, General Manager, and eventually Head Roaster and Director of Coffee for Ethnos Coffee Roasters ✨

More than the titles, Mikayla has loved our people, served our community with excellence, mentored our team, and carried the vision of Coffee Central and Ethnos with grace. Her palate for exceptional coffee and her heart for hospitality have truly helped shape who we are today.

As she and Hayden prepare to welcome their second precious baby, we couldn’t be more excited for this next chapter. Motherhood is a beautiful calling, and today we celebrate her as she steps fully into this new season 🥰

💛 Today, Aug 6th, is Mikayla’s last shift behind the bar until 1:00 PM — Stop by, grab your favorite drink, give her a hug, tip her well, and if you’d like, bring a pack of diapers or a gift card to help bless their growing family! And we will be sure to deliver it to them!
