Hey everyone! I wanted to share something I discovered today.

A client and I realized that the appointment time shown on my Facebook was different from the appointment time shown on her Facebook. On my end, she was scheduled for 12:00 PM. On her end, it showed 1:00 PM.

If you’ve ever had an appointment with me that you thought I missed, or if you showed up and I wasn’t expecting you, this may be the reason—and if so, I’m truly sorry.

If you think you may have been affected, please send me a screenshot of the appointment time that Facebook showed you (if you still have it). I’ll compare it with what was on my end so I can figure out how widespread this issue may be.

As a thank-you for helping me investigate, anyone who can confirm they were affected will receive 10% off their next service.

I appreciate everyone’s patience while I get to the bottom of this. My goal is always to respect your time just as much as I hope you’ll respect mine. 🖤
