Introducing Clatsop3DPrints! ( etsy.com/shop/Clatsop3DPrints ), our 3D printing Manufacturing Shop named after the greatest county in the world!

Clatsop3DPrints traces its origins to 2020 during the tail end of the Covid lockdowns. Like many people, I was frustrated by supply chain issues and didn’t want to mask up and hunt through crowded hardware stores for small plastic parts. So I bought my first FDM 3D printer and began making my own replacement parts and useful gadgets around the house.

Over the years, I’ve sharpened my CAD design and 3D printing skills, creating and refining a growing collection of practical, well-tested designs. Every item in my shop has been designed, printed, tested, and improved by me to print reliably and perform well in everyday use.

I also welcome custom orders. If you have a broken or missing part, send me measurements and a description of how it will be used, and I’ll help bring it to life - within the natural limitations of 3D printed plastic.

Materials I Work With:

PLA: Stiff, fast-printing, and made from corn starch. Great for indoor use at room temperature.

PETG: More durable and slightly flexible. Weather-resistant enough for outdoor use and car interiors.

TPU: Flexible filament perfect for bumpers, protective cases, gaskets, and parts that need to bend.

ABS & ASA: High-strength options for demanding outdoor use or hot environments (like vehicles). These require more care to print, so they have longer turnaround times.
