House of Dawkins Learning Throughout my career, I have taught diverse groups of students and served in a variety of instructional and teacher-leadership roles.

I am a veteran educator, curriculum creator, literacy advocate, and lifelong learner who believes great resources should make teaching more effective—not more complicated. I have been an educator since 2001, with more than 25 years of experience supporting elementary students and helping them grow into confident, independent learners. In addition to classr

oom teaching, my experience includes serving as a Grade-Level Chair, Literacy Co-Chair, Instructional Leadership Team member, School Improvement literacy leader, testing coordinator, practicum mentor, and Teacher Mentor Leader. I currently teach 5th grade, with a strong focus on literacy, standards-aligned instruction, data-informed teaching, intervention, differentiation, and creating resources that teachers can actually pick up and use. House of Dawkins Learning grew from that experience. The resources in my store are designed with a practicing teacher's perspective: purposeful, engaging, standards-focused, classroom-tested in design, and created to save teachers valuable planning time.
