She started Animal Phat with the desire to provide educational opportunities for people and it has become an avenue for folks to learn and share experiences in primitive and sustainable living skills. Just a few fun and special bits we’ll have at the Mount Mitchell Craft Fair this weekend alongside our goat milk soaps and lotions! Come see us in booth 123 on the corner South Main Street and the square.

The bay rum cologne is really special blend we made when visiting family in the islands this winter. Fresh harvested West Indian bay leaf, orange peel and cinnamon steeped in Caribbean rum! No essential oils, just sweet and spicy plant extracts.

Come see us this weekend at the 70th Annual Mount Mitchell Crafts Fair! You’ll find us on the corner of South Main and the Square right next to NuWray Hotel. We’ll have our full lineup of got milk soaps, lotions, herbal bath ‘n body goodies and this year’s batch of Wooly Critters. 9am to 5pm Friday and Saturday.

Grateful to all the folks who came out to the Yancey County Farmers Market last weekend in the huge storm. We have a really amazing community! We’ve had few weeks off enjoying family, friends and summer AND we’re looking forward to being back at the Yancey County Farmers Market tomorrow!!

Come see us alongside 30 other vendors at the market pavilion from 8:30am to 12:30pm at 322 West Main St in Burnsville. We’ll have Lemon Dill goat cheese with our regular line up of goat milk goodness and herbal bath and body goodies!
