Family: Our services enable families to experience the spirit and joy of the Christmas season. Approximately 90% of funds raised goes directly to purchasing toys. Collaboration: Our partnerships with

other Cobb County non-profits validates that our clients are eligible and avoids duplication of services, ensuring our resources have maximum impact. Vision -
The volunteers and donors of Cobb Christmas strive to make the Christmas season brighter and more memorable for our clients, allowing them to experience the joy and spirit of the season. Cobb Christmas' office is located in The Center for Family Resources in Franklin Gateway in Marietta; our Board of Directors uses this office to maintain our records. The IAM Local Lodge graciously donates the use of their facility for one week during the month of December for our distribution of toys. During this week, donations of toys are delivered to by individuals, community groups and corporations who have collected items for Cobb Christmas. The gifts are then distributed to our clients. Any remaining items and our supplies are collected and placed in a nearby storage facility for the year. Cobb Christmas’ Board of Directors and Committee Members work throughout the year fundraising and preparing for our annual distribution. Using the monies raised, we purchase and collect toys to distribute. Just as Santa makes his list and checks it twice as Christmas approaches, our busiest season is during the fourth quarter. This is when we are:
Scheduling volunteers to work during set-up and distribution
Promoting our organization to potential civic, business, church, school and other organizations that can host a collection drive to raise toys, food and/or funds
Planning the special Stuff-A-Bus event which also occurs during December

We were excited to attend the North Georgia State Fair Association 2026 Scholarship & Grant Awards Dinner on Monday, June 8, 2026. It was a wonderful night in the Event Center at Jim Miller Park celebrating deserving students and amazing nonprofit organizations that are committed to making our community a better place to live.

We appreciate the North Georgia State Fair Association for investing in our mission! With the help of this generous donation we will share the spirit of Christmas with many families in Cobb County! THANK YOU! 🎄🎅🏼🤶🏼🧸🪁🎁
