BIKE TUBE FLOGGER WORKSHOP
Very happy to announce the WTF Crew will be hosting a Make Your Own Bike Tube Flogger Workshop in preparation for Pride this year.
All attendees will learn how to make floggers from recycled bike tubes.
This will be primarily a working party for volunteers to assemble bike tube floggers in preparation for our swag table at Pride this year, but attendees will be allowed to take home their flogger for a suggested donation of $20 which covers instruction, raw materials, and a how-to-zine hand printed by WTF mechanics.
This initial event is only open to women, trans, femme, nonbinary and gender nonconforming folx; if demand is high we will host all-gender workshops in the future. Workshop will be led by .sciart

Restoration Ride 9-2 WED 8pm
We started as an expression of community, solidarity, and visibility.
We started the full moon rides as a public display of how We Keep Us Safe, after a trans family member expressed they would never ride their bike alone at night. We wanted to show them the moonlight by bicycle.
This month we ride to reflect and restore. As we adjust to our new normal, we accept that we cannot remain alone, isolated, and burned out from the fights that we are fighting. We open our space to new faces in our community, and ride to reflect on this past year so far and to remember the lives we have lost and are still losing.
Black Trans Lives Matter. We ride as an open expression of solidarity with QTPOC family in particular; over the past month our eyes have been opened to the ways in which our own Black community has omitted the names of Tony McDade, Rem'mie, Riah Melton, Layleen Polanco, Penelope, Johanna, Serena, Layla, Nina, Helle, Jayne, Selena, Egypt, Merci, Shaki, Bree, Summer, Marilyn, Dior, Queasha and Aja.
